The module features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F processor running at 64 MHz, coupled with 1MB Flash memory and 256KB RAM for demanding applications. With an impressive RF performance of +8 dBm transmit power and -103 dBm sensitivity in long-range mode, the module ensures reliable wireless connectivity. The compact 10.5 × 15.5 × 2.05 mm form factor incorporates a chip antenna and exposes 48 programmable GPIOs, providing extensive connectivity options including USB 2.0, NFC, and various serial interfaces. Operating from 1.7V to 5.5V with an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the module is suitable for battery-powered and harsh environment applications.
