Product Description :
The Makerbase ATGM332D-5N31 GPS module is a complete positioning solution that integrates a high-sensitivity receiver and supports GNSS-assisted positioning. By simultaneously processing signals from GPS and BeiDou satellites, it significantly increases the number of visible satellites, leading to improved accuracy and faster position fixes, especially in challenging urban environments where signal obstruction is common.
The module is designed for ease of integration, operating from a common 3.3V to 5V power supply and communicating via a standard UART interface with configurable baud rates. It features a backup power supply circuit, which maintains critical data in memory for rapid hot-start times of less than one second. Pre-configured to output standard NMEA-0183 protocol data over the WGS-84 coordinate system, it is ready to use out-of-the-box with various microcontrollers and single-board computers.
